Ethan operates the Biomechanics lab at the Maine Athletic Health Center, where he leads our Gait & Biofeedback testing and provides personal training and sports performance coaching. He turns 3D motion capture, surface EMG, and force/pressure data into clear, individualized plans that improve gait symmetry, joint mechanics, and speed. His background includes two internships with the Arizona Diamondbacks focused on early-stage rehab, return-to-throw and return-to-run progressions, and day-to-day performance support; research with Healy Chiropractic using force plates to study balance, asymmetry, and injury-risk screening; and experience in college-athlete strength and conditioning. Comfortable with athletes and active clients of all levels, he blends objective testing, practical progressions, and straightforward coaching to help people move well, feel strong, and perform at their best.
